Summary

Multicenter clinical trial using Bayesian Adaptive Sequential Comparison Platform Trial (BASiC-PT) framework. (Figure) EMS agencies affiliated with 10 community hubs. Two sequential stages. Stage I: strategy of initial-BVM vs. initial-SGA (LMA, (King) LT or iGel). Stage II: [Winner of Stage I] vs. strategy of initial-ETI. This hierarchy was based upon consensus opinion from 27 EMS agency medical directors.
