Implementation of Kids Intracranial Injury Decision Support Tool for Traumatic Brain Injury (KIIDS-TBI)

Summary

This study has 2 separate aims; 1. conduct 30 semi structured interview with physicians from EM, Neurosurgery, and critical care to explore themes related to implementation of KIDS-TBI in the real world setting. 2. Implement KIIDS-TBI prediction rule in a prospective multi center stepped wedge trial with a type II hybrid effectiveness-implementation design. Enrollment period of 4 years across 15 sites for 99 outcome events. There will be retrospective and prospective data. Prospective will be collected by family survey.
